DESCRIPTION

Blåtime is the twilight hour of the day in winter when everything transitions to a subdued shade of blue, its a cozy time and we named the beer after it. The recipe itself is stylistically similar to an English mild with some added smoothness and creaminess from the addition of milk sugar. We have tweaked the water to give the beer a velvety smooth mouthful with dense foam and nitro-like carbonation. When we crafted this beverage we wanted to capture the essence of winter coziness, these characteristics in beer are: a warming sensation, rich caramel flavors, smooth dense foam, aromas of Christmas spice – we think we got there with Blåtime.
