Chocolate seasurf is a collab between Reins Kloster, the award winning ice cream producer in Trøndelag. For this beer we used the award winning Havsnø seasalt in combination with roasted cocoa nibs and dutch processed cocoa powder. The result is a smooth medium body beer with subtle carbonation and intense roast coffee and chocolate flavors. The salt component adds another dimension to this beer, akin to a salted caramel chocolate bar – in liquid form.
Serving recommendations: 4 – 12ºC.
