If mango beer was a bandwagon, we definitely climbed aboard with Just Another Mango Passionfruit Smoothie. The things that make the style so popular are in demand and we wanted to deliver them too. Here the taster will find a lightly sour beer from fermentation with a unique yeast Lachancea thermotolerans and the addition of the often sour passionfruit juice. Making sure to pack a smoothie punch we added just over 240 kilos of fruit to about 650 liters of beer. The resulting product is packed full of mango and passionfruit flavor. To celebrate we launched a crazy astronaut right onto the label riding a dinosaur, you can see him dancing one of the popular bandwagon dances if you look closely enough.
