Imperial Mexican Christmas Christmas Ale? – okay we admit it, we invented the style.
What is it?
A beer that takes inspiration from spices one might find in Mexican dishes, which we found to produce complex and multi-faceted flavors in beer.

- Brown Sugar
- Milk Sugar
- Licorice
- Cinnamon
- Chocolate
- Chili
The brown sugar gives dark syrup notes to the beer and the milk sugar gives it a creamy, slightly sweet smoothness.
The licorice also adds a hint of sweetness to the end palette where one might encounter a tinge of heat peaking through from the chili.
All this is wrapped in a complex sphere of chocolate and cinnamon.
Serving recommendations: 4 – 12ºC.
