Pave is our big boy stout, not only does it pour with an immense body it has captured the color of darkness inherent to the style. Swirling the glass you might unlock aromas of chocolate, coffee, roasted chesnuts, sweet caramel, and biscuits in the oven, continuing on – a sip could bring about a cascade of rich and robust coffee cake flavors much like the style denotes. Linger a bit longer with the sip and it warms the back of the throat with a subtle tingle of chili spice owing to our bourbon soaked chili tincture which gets added after fermentation – top this with the higher ABV and you have a noticeable but not overbearing warming sensation.
