DESCRIPTION

Our amber ale, Rav, is brewed with high quality locally sourced malts from our favorite maltster: Tyson at Bonsak. The malts selected here yield themselves to a crisp, medium body that produces a fine smooth mouthfeel with notes of biscuits, crackers, and maltesers candy.

The flavors we chased in creating this beer were citrus and crisp caramel malt. We dry hop rav with citra hops to try and make that citrus pop, using a combination of galaxy and citra in the boil really brings out that zesty zing.
