With the launch of batch number 250 we celebrated 5 years of brewing. To commemorate this event we crafted a barrel aged rye-barley wine with exquisite locally grown malts from Bonsak malt.
Beyond the process, this beer pours amber with a light head. Visible lacing in the glass and flavors of dried figs, raisins, and rich malts present at the front, toward the back of the palette a pleasant warming sensation and hint of bourbon spice.
Barrel aged in bourbon casks
Serving recommendations: 6 – 12ºC.
Water, malted barley, rye, muscovado sugar, hops and yeast.
